1:1 Sessions
A supportive, one-on-one space for reflection, embodied awareness, mindfulness, and gentle practices to help you navigate change and reconnect with yourself.
I bring together reflective conversation, mindfulness, meditation, embodied awareness, and gentle yoga-informed practices to create sessions that meet you where you are.
My work is especially focused on supporting people who are living with chronic pain, fatigue, stress, anxiety, or changing relationships with their bodies—particularly when traditional wellness practices feel too demanding or simply don't fit the season they're in.
I bring the experience, practices, and perspective I've developed through years of study and teaching, while allowing each session to meet you where you are.

Who is this for?
You might be:
-
Living with chronic pain, fatigue, or changing energy
-
Experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion
-
Navigating changes in your body or relationship with yourself
-
Moving through a transition, loss, uncertainty, or a difficult season
-
Looking for ways to feel more grounded, present, or connected
-
Wanting to explore meditation, mindfulness, or gentle movement without pressure or performance
-
Feeling like the practices that once supported you no longer fit where you are now
You don't need to be flexible, experienced in yoga, or “good at meditation.” The practices can meet you where you are.
What to expect?
Practices I Draw From My work brings together several practices and perspectives. What we use depends on what feels relevant and supportive for you. Reflective Conversation Space to talk through what you're experiencing while I offer perspective, questions, observations, and insight drawn from my experience and training. Mindfulness & Meditation Practices for slowing down, noticing what is present, and developing greater awareness of your inner experience. Embodied Awareness Exploring sensations, patterns, emotions, capacity, and the ways your internal experience may show up through the body. Gentle Yoga-Informed Movement Accessible movement that emphasizes awareness and connection rather than performance or achievement. Restorative Practice Supported shapes, stillness, breath, and intentional rest when less effort—not more—is what you need. Reflection & Integration Making space to consider what you're learning about yourself and how these practices might become part of your everyday life.

FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. 1:1 Integrative Wellness is educational and supportive in nature. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for qualified medical or mental-health care.
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all. You don't need to be flexible, physically active, or experienced with meditation. Practices can be adapted to your experience and current capacity.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's okay. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. We can begin with what's happening for you and explore from there.
Is this appropriate if I live with chronic pain or fatigue?
Yes. These sessions are designed to be adaptable and do not require physical exertion. We can explore gentle practices, reflection, mindfulness, and other approaches based on what feels appropriate for you.
Can we focus primarily on conversation?
Absolutely. Conversation and reflection are an important part of this work. Yoga, meditation, and other practices are tools I may draw from when they feel useful—not requirements for every session.
Do I have to do yoga during a session?
No. Yoga-informed practices are one part of what I offer. A session may involve conversation, meditation, reflection, or other practices instead.
