About Lauren

Lauren Riffle is an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, yoga teacher, meditation guide, and writer whose work brings together embodied and contemplative practices with reflective conversation.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that we move through many seasons in a lifetime—some expansive, some heavy, and some that ask more of us than we feel ready for. She creates gentle, grounded spaces for slowing down, listening inward, and exploring what supports us through change.

Lauren believes wellness is not about fixing or perfecting ourselves. It is about developing a relationship with ourselves that can meet us where we are—learning to listen to the body, make space for what we're experiencing, and discover practices that support greater presence, steadiness, and self-trust.

Her approach draws from nearly two decades of study and practice across yoga, meditation, Reiki, massage and bodywork, mindfulness, sound, and creative expression. These experiences continue to inform the way she works: intuitively, compassionately, and with deep respect for each person's individual experience.

At the heart of her work is integration—not adding another thing to perfect or achieve, but finding ways for practice to become part of real life. Sometimes that looks like movement or meditation. Sometimes it looks like rest, reflection, conversation, or simply creating enough space to notice what you need.

Lauren is especially passionate about creating spaces that are gentle, trauma-aware, and supportive of people moving through pain, fatigue, changing bodies, life transitions, grief, or other seasons of deep change.

Outside of this work, Lauren can usually be found exploring the West, tending her garden, writing, singing, being a little goofy, or spending quiet, restorative time in nature.

REIKI & BODYWORK

Reiki and bodywork have been part of Lauren's personal and professional journey for nearly two decades. She began studying Reiki in her late teens after witnessing its profound impact on someone she loved, eventually completing Master-level training in the Usui tradition.

She is also a certified massage practitioner. While Reiki and bodywork are not the focus of Wilt & Bloom's current 1:1 practice, this history continues to inform her understanding of embodied experience, presence, and the many ways people connect with themselves.

Reiki 2 Training with Tyann Linden, California Holistic Institute, 2011
Certified Massage Practitioner, California Holistic Institute, 2011
Advanced Reiki Studies: Reiki Master Certification, Prema Yoga School, 2018

SOUND & CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Music and voice have always been an important part of Lauren's life. A lifelong vocalist and experienced performer, she brings a deep relationship with sound, rhythm, and creative expression to her work.

She is particularly interested in the ways singing, listening, and shared creative experiences can create connection and belonging, and continues to explore these practices through song circles and other community offerings.
